About Summer House Realty Florida
First started in 2015 by Jenny and James Schaffer, Summer House Realty has grown with offices in both Amelia Island and Augusta, GA and hundreds of happy clients who have bought and sold with our expert assistance.The name "Summer House" stems from a vintage house used to relax and cool down in the summer months, and the office design is inspired by a "flagship" design that'll take your mind onto the nearby waves.
It's well worth visiting ... or renting for an event.
If you're around the island or out on the town in Augusta, you'll probably bump into one of our many agents - we're always active in the community! This includes continued support of Water Mission, Operation Smile, and other fundraisers that matter most to our agents.
We also train all employees and Realtors ways they can reduce waste, reserve water, and use less paper products. This includes picking up trash we find, less use of printers, and using recycled materials. It's our goal to be a "green" company in every way possible!
